I called Customer Service this afternoon (17:00 MDT) and was on hold for nearly an hour... listening to an ad every 14 seconds. At the end of that wait, the rep said he doesn't do cellular service, and he transferred me to another recording and wait line (which fortunately only took a minute or two). BTW, Primus appears to have no direct number for cellular customer service. Instead, you have to call their only number, 800-806-3273.
