    Data Problem

    Hello,

    I just got my iPhone 3G yesterday and I have the $30/6GB plan, I have used 20 MBs so far but this morning I got a text message from fido saying " Fido Msg: You have used 75% of the MBs available in your wireless Internet option. Visit fido.ca for more info." Anyone know what they mean specifically or what went wrong?

    you maybe on another data plan that the rep put you on. You better call CS to find out exactly what is going on.

    I don't think so, because the rep was at telelphone booth and he convinced my dad into putting me on the 6GB plan, so why would he put us on a different plan?

    i called the telephone booth and they said that I should go to the store and they will see what they can do

    Not sure what the 'telephone booth' is, but you'll have the best chance of getting this figured out by calling Fido CS (611 on your Fido).

    Telephone booth is the place that I bought my phone from which sells rogers, fido, bell, and virgin mobile phones. So I am going to go get this solved in an hour

    Well at first I thought the phone had a problem, then I spoke to a tbooth rep and he said they will fix it for me

    The $30 6gb data plan doesn't take effect until midnight,
    if you previously had an older value pack or data plan...

    Tbooth is going to sort it out but I am going to call anyways and it is a new activation

    Fido said I should look at my bill then call back, and tbooth said something about a billing cycle, but I cannot know becaue it is under my dad's anem
