Can anyone help me recover a deleted photo from my enV2?

Unfortunately I don't believe you'll be able to do that.

The Reason is because the phone is a BREW phone, and it cannot be explored as a drive. Only Windows mobile/smartphones can recover photos. there is no way you can do it.

thank you Mr Jack. I can accept defeat once it's explained to me.

It was definitely worth trying.....it was the last photo of my kids, husband, and father-in-law together, a 3 generations thing. Father in law died suddenly last week and I wasn't going down without a fight.

I think that's because you'll have a FAT12 file system on the phone. Most recovery software can't cope with that, it's real legacy stuff. Try PixFix. I got the images back from my phone no problems and it's free.

I tried this software, and here's what i found. It can only recover fileystems that have an associated drive letter (such as when the phone is in USB mass storage mode), so if the picture was saved on a flash drive, yes, it should be ok.

Also, it found a bunch of images on my card that had not been deleted, making for a ton more to sort through.

You can recover deleted photos from LG Env2 android phone with android photo recovery software, you may see this step by step guide: android phone photo recovery

Take note that you'd better stop using the phone before you get back all lost photos. this is to prevent data overwritten.
