The $20/month 2GB data-only 'snap connect' plan was effectively unlimited prior to Viaero switching to the IDI billing platform May 2015. The $45/month unlimited everything prepaid plan was/is the best deal on the network (abet with no roaming).

CS reps on the 800 number allude to Viaero trying to get us off of those plans. Hopefully the 200GB $50/month tier will stick around for a while.

Viaero has quietly dropped the $40/month 100GB 2Mbps home internet tier. All that remains is 4Mbps $50/month 200GB and $70/month 8Mbps tiers. I think it's time to re-appraise these old HSPA limits now that LTE is widely deployed.

Also, I've heard from two separate sources that Viaero is going to launch a new home internet brand in select markets called: Viaero 365. It's sounds like it's going to be a direct competitor to Verizon home fusion with professionally installed fixed LTE radios with high gain antennas. They also mentioned something about it being on it's own LTE network (hmmm, maybe Band 4 or PR speak).

Hopefully the quotas will remain high. You get 10x to 20x quota on these Viaero home internet tiers compared to big red and deathstar.

I am still on a 7mbps / 100GB plan for 50.00 a month. They keep trying to talk me into the 4mbps/200GB plan but I use the speed more than the data. I have a unit that the SIM card goes into the box outside, then a cable runs into the house to the router part of the reciever. It's a business unit but we have such poor coverage here they said it puts us on a less congested band. IDK but it seems to work ok- not as reliable as the old Ericcson W40 but it's decent.
