We are on family plan (2 lines) both use T-Mobile Lumia 710. Account access is through the mobile website - under Current Activity - Detailed Usage.

The update must be going out in phases. I see the 100mb tethering allowance on my account. I'm gone tether to my laptop and blow through that tonight to see if I get flagged.

I haven't seen where if it has. Not in my T-Mobile yet.

Mine shows the same thing. No tethering for pre-2008 T-zones contract. Does anyone else notice it shows up as error when you try and select other buttons like Plans & Services. I am not sure if its a problem with older plans.

Can't believe we're the only 2 people here with the problem of not having internet sharing. Doesn't anybody have any answers?

on Windows Phone 7.8 HTC radar. It says hotspot usage. Similar to Antenna's screenshot.

Hopefully all the pre 2008 T&C customers on TZones and Total Internet will stay on unlimited full speed tethering.

Agreed! The only hiccup for iPhone users is the official .ipcc file filtering tethering to their pcweb.tmobile.com APN instead of the same one for internet or MMS. LTE or tethering... hmmm

Just heard about the iphone 5. Looked into it but I don't like that it does not support wifi calling. Will it be tzones compatible?

Looked at the nexus 4 and realized it has no wifi calling either.

So are there any phones (now or comping up) compatible with tzones, that supports 1700/1900 bands and has an official or custom rom with wifi calling?

if not, are there any att 1900 band only phones that have custom roms with wifi calling?

Will they throttle from 4G speed to 3G speed after using 100MB tethering?

    More like from 4G to dial-up 56K...
I believe the tethering bucket is capped, not throttled so you probably get a upgrade data plan page.

Then they would need to set the limits correctly to grandfather (eg Tether limit=infinity for all pre 2008 T&Cs).

I hit my allotment. It blocks all tethering data and sends you to a up sell page (voluntary up sell).

Use a user agent switch and its gone. WiFi tether a tablet (I've tried a Nexus 7) and its gone.

Just curious what desktop browser do you use?
I have noticed that desktop Safari does not get an upsell page, but chrome and firefox does. I also can confirm that tether to an iPad does not get an upsell.
