    Boost Mobile Media Mail

Does anyone know about this service, Media Mail?

    https://mediamail.boostmobile.com/login.do

From what I've gathered, I'll be able to log on and read my text messages (as in, this could be an alternative for the BB). When I call Boost they repeatedly tell me that they don't know what this is and that they only support features on boostmobile.com. Once I point them to the address, they can only read to me what's on there.

One rep said that the service was only available for CDMA, not iDEN.

So it says if you're a first time user, to just send a MMS and you will receive a text message prompting you to make a password (I am 90% this happened to me when I first got my phone a few months ago, but I never got around to responding before the text was deleted due to a full inbox). Well, I've already sent my first MMS so I don't know how to get it again. And if I say I "forgot my password" and type in my cell number it says I never set up my account.

Soo...my question is, can I use this site as an iDEN user? And if so, is there a way to get my password? Customer service just hasn't been much help.

    Thanks!

Well....if you click the "Tell me more about Media Mail" to the left of the page, it goes to http:/plans.boostmobile.com/unlimited.aspx which automatically redirects to http://plans.boostmobile.com/monthlyunlimited.aspx (watch the addressbar closely)...which is the $50/month iDEN plan. But I thought Media Mail site was for CDMA...hmmm...

    Hey

first off great find! I hope it works for us!

I did have the old txt message and I used that number but it told me to try again. When I try to say forgot my password it says my number does not exist.
