You won't find that in the App Store, LOL - purely a jailbreak app through Cydia, and yes it's called spoof. Did you really think Apple would allow such a thing?

There is one called HideMyID on the app store. I have not used it, so not sure how it works.

U need to jailbreak your phone and look for a app called bluffmycall, or better yet if u dont want to jailbreak your phone, just go to Bluffmycall.com and sign up for the service, and they have a unlimited plan for like 29.99 a month and u just call a access number, and u put in your pin code and u can place calls through there. Voice changer call recorder and caller id changer and all.
