    Angry Sales Central Down... Again...

    I think they had a problem with vision as well... Lost so many activations, even if it was just for an hour...

    Sundays are the worst day for that, they seem so busy latley.

    Hardware Upgrades, FD$ Trans, Activations, and Essential Changes were all down =(

    Yea, we went down for about 2hrs, it was hell for new acts, especially on a Sunday where we need them hardcore in a downtown store.

    OS is not helpful at times, as a lot of them give you an answer on an ETA that does not exist.

    Or a rep just ignores your queries or isn't working with you to get your customer happy and out with the plan and phone they want!

    That's only happened only a couple of times, luckily.

    My favorite is when you accidentally pick the wrong plan term, and then call in to get it changed, their response is "Please get the customer to switch their current plan to a 2-year plan"

    When they CAN change the term is a mistake is made.
