Anyone know if this might get extended given Wind extended their promo? I have some friends who's interested after seeing mine.

    FYI

Bell has on their website the $10 credit per plan now.

I just called and the activation credit is expired.

I just spoke to an online Bell rep as I'm looking at the Pre. The $10 off per month is still valid, only online though.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I was wondering if anybody has tried actually switching from the $10 or $15/month discount for signing a 3-year with the Pre over to an HSPA phone and been able to confirm that the discount holds if they do it via e-care?

I was to try but I still haven't got my hands on a AT&T Pre Plus yet.

    Hi,

So I tried to switch from my Pre to an unlocked iPhone and I got this message, The same Feature Windows Email&Int 500MB (P5HMB_OP) is on the profile more than once Please remove one. Any help would be really appreciated.

Wild guess, but try a dummy IMEI when asked instead of the iPhone IMEI: 111111111111119

Thanks for the advice, but no it didn't work, same message again. CSRs are no help either.

That message means you're trying to make changes that involves two features that have the same 'sub feature' (P5HMB_OP)

You either have two data packages, or your data package is conflicting with a provisioning feature. Likely due to trying to change to another data device.

I'd have to see what features are on your account right before you try to make the change to let you know what to remove. However getting CS or a store to make the change should work fine, as they should know how to fix the problem when they're faced with it.

This also happened to me randomly, even without switching phones. I switched my plan to the student Fab10/early evenings and for some reason I got this error message in e-care. Phoned in to CSR who promptly removed it.

But OP said it wasn't the bundling... or is it retentions?

    He even got CID.

@tony... I think she did give me $20 off, she said bundling would come in 2-3 months, and i would save $5 more. Therefore i would only be paying 25$ a month ($50[orig]-$20[disc]-$5[bund])
