Any one here use Insight Cable? I love them since i'm getting around 30Mbps with my internet, which is more than what they advertised(20Mbps)!

They have a terrible reputation here in columbus, oh. My wife's sister lives in a 3 year old condo where insight is the only choice. She has several channels I can't get with WOW but has had nothing with problems with her internet and digital cable picture. It got so bad that she recently had them remove her dvr and digi box because Insight couldn't solve the problems with the picture freezing and pixelating. She was on hold for over half an hour and transfered twice once they found out she wanted to get rid of services. On top of all that, they had the nerve to charge her a "downgrade fee" to make the changes to her account, even when she offered to drop off the equipment. So yeah, Insight is great if mediocre reliability and surly customer service are a tradeoff you're willing to make for lots of channels and internet that promises good speeds(and rarely delivers).

the problem is Insight doesn't even provide ISP service in Columbus. (AFAIK, they would tell you to use Roadrunner instead if you are in Columbus)

Also, I don't really care about their tv service at all, since all i care about is their isp service.
