    Hardware Upgrade

    Hey gang -
I know this has probably been asked a billion times already, so sorry ahead of time:

What's the minimum voice + data plan required for extra upgrade credit on hardware upgrades?

I'm looking to get the BB 9700, and if I add the e-mail + BBM plan, I'll be at $47 before tax on my monthly plan. Is the limit $50 before tax? Or will I get by with $47 per month, and get the full data credit to drop the price of the phone down to $149 on a 3 year contact?

    Thanks.
    $50+tax:
    200 minutes | VM express, CID, CW, 3WAY | Unlimited W/E @ 5 PM
    1000 incoming minutes | 500 sent texts | 500 mb data

Base plan (before discounts)+Data feature must equal $50 for the 9700 discount.

If you get 1 of the Blackberry Social plans ($40), then that qualifies you for the full discount as well I believe. At least that is the case with Telus.

Yeah. Social Plan is an exception.
