Exclamation NEC N-02B short closeup photo review

Just found some close ups of black N-02B.
Pics show exactly how Wi-Fi works WITHOUT DoCoMo USIM.
    SO - Wi-Fi WORKS FINE!

    so wait O-O

is this the only keitai out there right now which can be software unlocked, used with a sim card on gsm/gprs networks, AND still have wifi work? O: (well i know there are a few softbank sharps and fareastones, but as for a docomo)

Yep. Other than that very short-lived Willcom Sharp (Hybrid W-Zero3- does that one set a record for shortest sales period for any keitai?) and that one only with an extra module.

I wonder why though, I plan on getting one eventually, but it looks a lot better than the n-04b, which looks really really odd

To clear it up a little bit. Just because you have an NEC Docomo Keitai does NOT MEAN you can have it SW Unlocked. Remember this SW unlocking is less then a year old. They have not tested on every single handset yet just to see if it will work. You want a fully functional keitai? Move to Japan!

@Snike All the newer docomos can be used without a USIM inserted so yeah, WiFi does work without a docomo sim card (or any sim card for that matter)
