    BellChat™

So yeah, now that I'm not working there anymore.

    Damn my employee number. (6036333)

When I got it, I was like "whoo! that's convienent"

But what really it was the start of 3 years of clients and coworkers making lame jokes about it (wow it must be great having such an easy number to remember! ) and me having to repeat it frequently because nobody can ever catch how many god damn trees are in it.

Probably as much as I hated the 604's.

God, the 6048's were an especially more terrible than usual bunch.

They should be hitting 605 about now, heaven forbid.

    Probably outsourced.

The outsourced reps have employee numbers EX00000 (being a 5 digit number) but on the call they never say the EX part.

The lifers usually start their employee number with 0 when giving it out, and there's like less than 10 working standard CSR.

Oh god the 604's....I had to deal with them when I was a store rep after getting the boot from corp Bell.

    I hated them sooooo much.

At least with the 603's I was still a CS rep and I cold fix their f ups...

I remember smashing my head against the desk and letting out a large sigh if I heard:

"Hi, my name is Joe employee number 603/604."

    lol I didn't with 603s, but 604s for sure.

When I left, there were 6041's in ERA helpdesk, and like 6046's in CRA. lol.

But yeah. When I was in helpdesk the queue was combined, so whoever took the ERA/CRA call.

They've since split the queue, thus all the competent helpdesk reps are in ERA and all the incompetent ones are in CRA arguing policy (but unable to understand what's going on lol.)
