I'll start with both a rant and a rave:

Rave- Great service. Have never had any problems with signal or freezing or anything. A WHOLE lot better than my last cable company.

Rant- Customer service/the department to change services is only open for a couple hours a day. I think from like 9-4 CST, something like that. nothing on weekends. And that darn automated system when you call support/service. I'm not one that talks with marbles in my mouth, but that guy cannot understand anything you say. "Did you say customer service?" "Yes". "I'm sorry, i didn't understand." AHHHHHHH
