You need a small philips screwdriver, I think it's the same size that the Ipod Touch or iPhone uses. Order a repair kit for either of those products.

Pop off the little gray screw covers on the screen (stickers), and on the bottom of the phone (plastic inserts). Use a pin for the ones on the bottom of the phone.

Once you get the screws off, pry the case apart. It's held together with some clips, so be careful. Pay attention to the buttons (volume, camera, etc...) when removing the side near the hinges. Pry apart the screen assembly as well.

Disconnect the flex cable from the motherboard. You have 2 options now: buy a new assembly with screen, or just buy a new screen.

If you buy a new assembly, just put it in the place of the old one, and screw the phone back together.

If you're just doing a screen swap, disconnect all of the ribbon cables and gently lift the old screen out of place. There may be some screws around the panel's frame, I don't remember. It's glued down to the internal screen's plastic window, so be careful.

Put it back together and you're done

No, that's only the touchscreen part, that's separate from the LCD panel. Unless it doesn't respond to touch, you don't need that part.

If it won't respond to touch, get this: http://cgi.ebay.com/LG-VX10000-Voyag...-/300453810927

If it responds to touch, save a bit of cash and get this: http://cgi.ebay.com/Replacement-LCD-...DA_Accessories
