Loyalty agents can access all of the plans and promos that CxR has. And a word of advice....asking for a supervisor may seem like a great idea to get a better deal, it isn't. Their job is to manage the agents not offer you a great plan. That's what agents are for.

The $50 5GB plan you get is the standard plan when you mention freedom mobile $35 6GB . So for those who wants to know the difference between standard plans and the pulse plan is that in the standard plan you DO NOT GET fido roam and you do not get Spotify premium 2 years free subscription . Fido roam cost a huge buck if you want to add it on the standard plan . So take consideration of that when signing up .
