I just purchased a couple HTC Desires from Alltel with a one year contract extension during the recent BOGA offer. Element is now sending Blackberries to replace these phones. Am I free to sell the HTC Desires on Ebay? It looks like they are currently selling for around $300 each. I bought two for $99 after rebate and may be able to turn that initial investment into nearly $600.

Does anyone see any problem with this scenario?
