Driving along Main Street in Binghamton, Johnson City, NY. The new ODAS is pretty sweet!

I said it was slow. Please tell me where I said or implied it was unusable?

Verizon has paltry spectrum holdings in southern NJ. They did make a jump from 70 MHz to 100 MHz once they deployed bands 5 and 66. AT&T is king of capacity down there.

You didn’t , all I said was it’s useable even though it’s slower than their minimum of 5mbps they advertise.

If I'm not mistaken the guaranteed minimum is 5 megabytes a second.

Verizon has slowed down a bit on adding new sites here in El Paso and is now on a rampage through the city doing panel swaps on a lot of towers to quintel... even sites that had older quintel panels are getting new panels added.

Same in my market with the slowdown in new macro sites. In the past year quite a few existing sites were expanded to 4-sectors-are you seeing that too?

Interestingly, 2 new sites that went into service mid-to-late 2017 have pending permits for panel and RRU change outs. I wonder what’s changed in the past year that would prompt replacing panels and RRUs that are only a year old?

There's only two macrocytes here in New Jersey especially in East Brunswick where I live. I haven't seen any new Verizon macros in quite a long while.

With our differences in population density, that makes sense that most sites are small cells there - you have 5x our density. Source: http://www.governing.com/gov-data/po...ities-map.html

We’re on track to get our first small cell next year.
