Question Employee Email pushed to iPhone

    Greetings,
I just joined the Rogers team. (Left Bell after 5 yrs) I have a [email protected] email address and I need to set it up in my iPhone. The manager that is training me does not have the info I require.

    1. Is it POP or IMAP?
    2. Incoming Host Name?

Any info will be greatly appreciated, I'd prefer not to access my email through safari. I like it pushed to my inbox.

    Thanks

    Thanks!

Thanks for the link! It works perfectly. Not sure how I missed it during my search, had a really long day

I log in every once in a while, usually when a customer asks me a question that I don't have an answer for...and in most cases (including this one) the question has already been asked and answered.

This may be a needless question, but I hope you have made sure that you are allowed to have your corporate email pushed to your phone. I thought it was only allowed on the secure Blackberry network or through the web login available through the phone browser.

Call IT and ensure that ActiveSync is enabled on your LAN.ID. If it isn't your Manager will have to submit the form in IT SUPPORT website.

You will be using Microsoft Exchange

Username is your LAN ID (firstname.lastname)
Password is your LAN ID's password
    Domain is RCI
    Server is webmail.rci.rogers.com

You can try that now before you call if you want.
