    Thumbs up Sweet!

Thanks! I'm going to try to get my LG Ally flashed again. (My revol store couldn't flash the particular version I have last night for some reason)

Hows the internet working on it? Did you pay for the $55 data package?

The internet works fine. The issue is that it acts like it wants to send my mms but then it goes to failure. The wap settings work I just need someone to look at where i went wrong with the mms settings????

Did u get the mms working with this? Could be something to do with the blank mms upload address. GL I'm waiting to see how yours turns out so I can do my ally!

I have a crappy revol phone to pull info from for settings.

On a side note are u on the 55$ data plan?
Working on FULLY Flashing my LG Ally (vs740) to Revol.

yeah I changed that to 111111 for the upload. But still no luck. I seem it done on a cricket flash for the upload. So if you do get settings off your revol phone please post the info on here or email me. ([email protected]) Please help if you can, cause i did alot of work putting this together and finding everything. I just want it to be finished. Yes, I am on that plan btw. I can get on the internet fine and receive picture mail, just cant send them. So heres the main issue. I'm sure i have the settings i need maybe, still send me the info on it, but i think for some reason my lg voyager will not let me write the mms settings with nv edit. It write and my phone restarts and the uaprof and mmsc lines are both gone. Yet it writes everything else in the mms settings and wap ect just not those two lines. So I was wondering is there a lock file im missing here, that I may need to change the value. Just like what I did to filedb to unlock some Verizon bs or am I just failing blah..... One more thing to add. I'm not sure if everything is myrevol.com or revol.us I've tried both already.

Yeah I will pull settings off my 'stupid' phone in little bit. I have seen on several sites that lg change back to org setting (only some settings though) when u restart the phone. There has been a fix so I have heard and I. Have been given a clue on the fix that someone is selling. I have it on my laptop (not on right now) but its leaving the org profile in one of the settings and creating a new one. Then u have to make the new one the 'default'. Atleast that is what I got from it.

if your trying to flash your LG ally you should try the guide i made, It works perfectly. Geforce 912's guide didnt work for me so i pulled settings off my android on revol and presto, Iv flashed about 4 different androids to revol sofar. The only issue is getting MMS to stick, Geforce912 has a good guide but, I couldent recieve pictures but could send them with no issue. Also because its a flashed phone revol has yet to charge anyone iv flashed over 55 amonth.

also on a quick note the places that flashed the androids needed me to pre unlock them before they could do so, So get your SPC and with CDMA or QPST change your SPC to 000000 Some phones are allready there others arnt being its a verizon phone it may allready be 000000

Also the reason MMS isnt working is because some reason no one has yet to find out how to make the APN's or the MMS settings stick, it usualy reverts back to default or halfway. Through my experiance I have yet to get fully working MMS, With the Android way with Geforce's guide, It works when it wants to, I only recieved 2 pictures that worked, in the course if 6 months. But every outgoing picture worked fine for me. Only incoming was an issue.

I have these settings on my Revol purchased Kyo phone

    UP.LINK A
    PRIMARY DNS: 10.10.0.97
    PRIMARY PORT: 80
    SECONDARY DNS: 10.10.0.97
    SECONDARY PORT: 80
    UP.LINK B
    PRIMARY DNS: *blank*
    PRIMARY PORT: *blank*
    SECONDARY DNS: *blank*
    SECONDARY PORT: *blank*

For whatever reason my Kyo will not hook up to the computer. So I have to pull everything up manually.

So maybe try using 10.10.0.97 or 10.10.0.97:80

My phone uses revol.us (not revol.com or myrevol.com)

I believe that if you have followed a cricket tutorial and hex edited the file.db file as instructed you should be ok. I also have found that all editing of mms should be done thru NVedit, the reason being that for some reason when you edit the mms settings thru the service menu, they always get rewritten back to Verizons.
Don't know why, but it seems to have been my experience. So in short, edit the mms in NVedit and DO NOT check them thru your service menu.

    Good Luck

If its were you change the value to 1. I already did that, and used nv edit but still the uaprof and the mmsc will just stay blank.
If you look at the main post. I have the edited version of the filedb posted, already edited from 0 to 1 for those that dont know how to do it there self. (for Voyager tho)
