Have paid online for three years, but since the Verizon site was revamped circa March 1, my phoe bill no longer displays. Billing says it is a tech problem. I get connected to phone techs, not Internet billing whizzes. They try to switch me and instead I get an automated menu from which it is impossible to reach Internet tech support. The email form they have in the billing site requires a valid email address to send. No corporate emails seem to be listed online. I'm going back to a paper bill, if I can get it. But I'd advise selling your Verizon stock. This is NOT a good way to run a comunications technology company! Nightmare! Now behind on my bill, but if they are threatening me I can't see THAT online, either! GROAN!
