Loading homemade ringtones on Revol's Motorola Evoke Qa4.

I just got a Qa4, and I can't seem to get it to import ringtones. I Tried Motorola Phone Tools, which doesn't recognize this model, nor does BitPIM. I tried sending the MP3's via Bluetooth from my old phone, and the Qa4 says it doesn't recognize the file format. I tried putting my MP3 ringers on the MicroSD card, where it recognizes it as music and lets me play them as songs, but not assign them as MP3's.

Please help. I tried searching the forums, but mostly all I found was monolithic posts about everything Revol related, and not specific help at all. If I missed something, please point it out to me. I'm getting the feeling that I'm SOL.
