I have been using my Nexus One for the past week and I think I can bear no more. Once in a while, it will record a wrong touch. Usually as indicated by a vibration because it thought I have clicked a menu button. Another issue may or may not be related is the multi-touch misregister. It is simply defective by design. Problem report similar to mine is all over the internet.

I downloaded "Simply Draw". An app that let me draw lines with my finger. I can never draw with 2 fingers properly. See this example:

As a result, my Nexus One's capacitive screen is even worse than a resistive screen. I am running the latest official 2.3.4 release. Is there such a thing as a non-defective Nexus One? Should I bother with warranty?
