Need HTC Touch Pro 2 RADIO PATCH for Unlocking GSM Bands

i have a HTC Touch Pro 2 i OWN after years of sprint service and now i'm with another carrier.

i need to use the HTC touch pro 2 while travelling and noticed the factory radio settings are too limiting.

so i already unlocked the SIM as well as security-unlocked, and sadly the CID radio is still locked.

anyone has a link to software to unlock the gsm radio to more frequencies? thanks in advance
