That's provided that we're getting evidence of saturated towers and cluttered spectrum -- enough to have a noticeable effect on tower effectiveness. From my experiences in Edmonton, the #1 problem right now is building penetration, which is solved quite effectively by building more towers.

so much for 100% canadian employees.
If they contract out the call centre, they could still have 100% Canadian employees

Show me a company that has a 100% Canadian based call centre and I'll show you a company that's losing money.

FACT: All companies have call centre services overseas in one way or another.

Just because it's all Indians doesn't mean it's not in Canada. Ever been to Surrey?
The word 'Pentaband' means '5 Bands', from the Greek word 'pente' meaning '5'. For a phone to be pentaband it has to support 5 bands. If the phone has AWS support, it doesn't automatically mean that it is pentaband.

Don't send me PMs for questions that can be asked publicly.

the other pictures in the album which show senior employees at shaw in front of india looking backgrounds kind of confirm it.
also i would imagine those in Surrey would know what canada looks like and would not need a map as part of their training.

lol, unless you've worked in call centre operations for multiple corporations and small to medium business, don't saying anything. I can assure you they all have or had overseas call centres, even the precious Rogers.

    RBC Royal Bank
    BMO
    Scotiabank
    RIM
    WestJet

Not all of them make losses. Oh by the way, this is the ONLY reason why I regard rogers higher than bell/telus. Now shaw is sinking in my books.

Being nitpicky, but WestJet has [an] outsourced call centre in the USA. As you would expect though the quality of service is better than the stereotypical standards of an overseas call centre.
