Anyone else having issues with losing their digital cable? We had it installed a couple of weeks ago and have been having problems on only one line ever since. WE will have cable for a short time, then we will lose our signal. There is an technician coming in again for the 4th time to look at the problem. WE have asked them to put on a booster to our line to see if that will rectify the problem.
We were also told that Shaw is doing upgrades in Richmond.
