Hello all. New guy here. Searched the forums and internet, but was not yet able to find a definite answer to this question.
Will an unlocked Samsung Galaxy SII LTE that came out on the Rogers LTE network in Canada fully work on AT&T's LTE network in the United States? Are both networks' LTE frequencies compatible? What frequencies do AT&T and Rogers use on their LTE network? Thank you all.

http://www.howardforums.com/showthre...+lte+frequency Seems that according to this thread it will work but not sure.....
Reviewing Rogers website, it appears that Rogers uses 1700 MHz for LTE. The AT&T phone would work on Rogers' network but the Rogers' phone will not work on AT&T. The specifications for the Rogers' phone shows:
GSM Bands: 850/900/1800/1900
HSPA Bands: 850/1900/2100
Only the LTE speed is shown and not the frequency band unless they are using HSPA bands for LTE.
So will the Rogers Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE work on AT&T LTE network?
So I found the answer to my own question. both phones support 700 and 1700/2100 (aws) frequencies also known as bands 4 and 17. So the Rogers version will work on ATT if unlocked and vice versa.
