I have been searching for someone locally who knows what frequency at&t uses in my area. I know what they use in my county, and what phones work best, but local employees seem to know none of this. What is the point of dealing with a local office if they treat you like you are in NYC or LA? I know they are looking at things from a national perspective, but that doesnt help me on a local level. To quote REM, "What's the frequency Kennith?" It makes all the difference when it comes to coverage.
