Wirelessly posted (iPhone 4s: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

Wtf. Been waiting patiently. Nokia! back to their old dumb tricks that got them into the mess they're in right now.
16000 programmers and they can't pump out an update? You know what, they lack vision, and a strong management team. They are so bloated that they can'tsee straight from all the lard in their visual cortex.
I'm not an Apple fan boy, but Nokia should take a page out of their book. Create a killer idea/product, or...lol a way to prove an existing product, and throw all your resources at it. Voila, $300 Billion company and going strong. Nokia was there, but the red tape killed them.

Nokia did take on Microsoft as their primary OS.
I don't think we will see Belle official released until the WindowsPhone Nokia's have hit the US Market (December 14 T-Mobile, AT&T-???). Maybe they will hold Belle hostage till after the holiday shopping season like the tweet on phonearena said.
The latest Belle leaks look pretty good, so I think it's about ready.

Nokia did outsource the Symbian operation, that's not going to speed it up either.

Seriously when did Nokia say that the Belle update was going to be released now? They did not and given that the Anna updates for North America came in Oct/Nov I don't see the big deal. I'd rather have an update with as few bugs as possible.

That and if anyone wants to try it now they can. Flashing the N8 with a CFW version of Belle is not that difficult.

I agree. They haven't even finished allowing all N8 product codes the ability to download Anna.

If you go to the Ovi store and remove your phone - then add it back - it asks if you are running Anna or older or Belle.

If I choose Belle it shows a page of apps for my E7.

I think it maybe available some where before Jan 15th. This is because CES show is coming up and T-mobile releasing the Nokia WP7 on the 15th of Jan.

I flashed my N8 with this one earlier today and it is pretty nice. No sign of trouble, but it is euro3 and isn't the perfect fit for NAM users. The leaks are missing the extras like adobe reader and quickoffice, but some of the CFWs have them added back in.
