When I buy a prepaid refill card at my local walmart, I'm not charged any sales tax, but when I purchased a prepaid refill card via walmart.com I was charged sales tax??
What's the difference in the purchase??

I use Callingmart.com. No taxes and all refills are discounted. They usually have additional discount codes at the beginning of each month and for holidays. They post the codes on their Twitter page. If no code is available when you need to refill, you can use code ca3p-1207 for a 3% discount on orders of $18 or more.

Sounds like one of them is making a mistake. The sales tax (and possible E911 tax) varies from state to state. Purchases via CallingMart.com generally are cheaper and avoid all taxes.

Its just odd like that, I've seen this before as well. But as others have said, use CallingMart.com. They are legit.
