OS performs many more transactions than they used to, from what I understand.
So I have an ambassador account and I called in via *611 to make changes to my wireless essentials and hit option 2 to "speak to a real person" and I was completely caught off guard when the rep came on and asked my my transaction ID. Then I realized I got connected to OS, thinking I hit the wrong option, I hung up and called back in and did the same thing and got connected to OS. Explained that I wasn't calling from a store and that I needed to speak to customer care just to make a change to my own account and she explained that she can help me and proceeded to do so. I know in the past, I would always deal with customer care with my account, and that OS would flip out if anyone tries calling in about their own account, so is this new?

Fritz Z24...
OK thanks. Good to know!
glad to hear Operating Synergy is keeping busy.
Hey B407,
My name is Cédrik from Fido's Social Media team.
As Fritz Z24 mentioned, among their current store support tasks, OS now handles Fido Employee and Ambassador accounts.
Just dial #DEAL (#3325) from your Fido phone, you will be transferred to "Rogers Employee Discount line". Wait for the French prompt to finish, then select 1 to be transferred to Fido.
Hope this helps!
