https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-o...-36-52_322.jpg This is a picture that I posted over in the Verizon LTE thread of a tower here in Maryland the bottom panels where all replaced with in the last two week's before they put these up they where all the same size and smaller then the smaller one's that are there now. The picture is not the best but the tall one's are very large. I'm not sure if they are LTE panel's or not but they do kinda look like some of the Verizon panels that I have seen. I have conf that the bottom rack is At&t.

Dude, I'm in Greenwich with my new IPad and it's 4G (the BS 4G). Where in CT were you hitting that? It's amazing!

I'm in west haven. I was at sikorsky today and had 2 bars of LTE. That's as far south as I've gone in the last few days. Also gone as far north as east haven and still have LTE.

Done a lot of travelling with my new elevate last month. Here's a quick recap:

Places I've gotten strong LTE service (no fallback to HSPA):
    Houston, TX
    Dallas, TX
    Atlanta, GA

Places I've gotten weak LTE service:
San Diego, CA (it really depended on where I put the elevate.. one side of my hotel room got LTE, one side was HSPA. On the street mostly LTE but a surprising amount of fallback to HSPA).

Places I haven't picked up an LTE signal:
    Baton Rouge, LA
    New Orleans, LA
    Philadelphia, PA
    Fort Wayne, IN

A little disappointed so far.. the speed is great where I can get it, and HSPA+ is a decent fallback, but it's still disappointing compared to the level of LTE coverage verizon has. And I'm tired of AT&T pushing their "network of wireless hotspot", since most of them I've tried are far slower than HSPA+ let alone LTE. (and there's no way to authenticate against your LaptopConnect account if you have an elevate or mifi- it only works for USB devices).

Kinda shocking to see Fort Wayne on that list lol (being mentioned period).

We barely just got *4G* HSPA+, its going to be well over a year before we get any kind of LTE from AT&T. Verizon will likely be the only LTE option here for a while.

We're supposed to see it from Verizon this year, with U.S. Cellular rolling it out here in 2013. We have HSPA+ w/EB in several places, but I can't say when AT&T will roll it out, currently their LTE ends 120 miles south in SF, while Verizon's ends 110 miles south in San Rafael. AT&T has been pretty aggressive in adding new sites, 3G and HSPA+ w/EB in our area over the past 2 years or so, so hopefully that holds true going into LTE. Poor T-Mobile and Metro PCS though, they remain 2G.

Anyone have an idea how long of it usually takes for LTE to go live after testing? LTE was live for about 3 weeks, but is now gone. My area is scheduled for the next launch. April - June?

Hehe, it's been up for some time now, at least according to MacRumors and Twitter. Why AT&T always waits to put out a press release long after a market launch is beyond me....
