Question OpenMobile ACL - hope for us MeeGo users?

I am not sure how many of you here have heard of this but I recently stumbled across it when looking for something else N9-related & I wonder if this is now more than just vapourware as others last year were claiming. Has anyone heard of this company & know if they've made any progress in getting Android working on other OS, including MeeGo, as well as a product ready for consumers?

I have heard about this, a little after the Nokia n9 came out, there has been so much talk about it, but none posts nothing about it at all.
