    questions? about job requirement

What kind of degree of education they are looking for ? I am planning to go back to school, well, night school or online schooling. What should I study in order get their attention? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a GED and got a job. I have some college but no degree yet.

As far as what would look good and get their attention. I'll have to defer to someone else.

Just like any sales job, a focus on marketing and customer service will go a long way. As a hiring manager, psychology majors always catch my eye. If they have a better understanding of how people are thinking, it can make them better sellers.

    YMMV though.

That's good considering the mere mention of a psychology decree will turn most hiring managers away since it is seen as not a "real" degree (Unless you want to a psychologist..I guess). Unfair? Yea but just how most people at least around here think.

As for the OP, I know the call center they don't even look at your education. Your impression you leave with the interviewer is much more important.
My opinions are my own and do not reflect the opinions of my employer AT&T.
