Move from env2 to iPhone

I Pre-ordered an iphone5 for my daughter. Is there an easy way to get her contacts, pictures and texts from one phone to the other? I guess we could hit the Verizon store, but what capability do they have?

I seem to remember an issue when the other daughter was upgraded from the env2 to an iphone4. I think I had to use some software to get her texts off, so she would at least have a record of them.
