You also have to have a 4G phone to be eligible for the unlimited plan.

My interest went out the window once I heard the same. I have a non-Belief plan with 5GB. Odds are high that I'd be paying more for less in 2 years.

What's the URL for this plan?

What is the total minimum? (Do you have to get voice...)?

They can't really kick you off though. They will probably do what vzw did which is no subsidized pricing if you stay on it. Also the only way you can get the unlimited data plan is to have your billing address aka home market. Be In a 4g market and you must have a 4g phone. This is how they are avoiding bogging down the 3G that someone asked about earlier.
Bought a tour used thought i would never get a new phone. Bought a desire and got it activated to see if i liked it. Needless to say. i sold the tour

Of course they can kick you off. Just this year people on old, old plans were forced to upgrade to a Belief Plan. Once they've fulfilled the 2 year contract that they and you sign, there is no requirement they continue to offer it to you.
