    Telus has their Peace of Mind Can-US plans starting at $95/month for 10GB. Regular plans at the moment.

    They have some other plans that don't include US calling for less with a limited time offer of 10GB per month at the moment.

    But today I spoke to a agent @ Koodo, I asked to be transferred to Loyalty, the rep didn't transfer me but instead called Loyalty and spoke on my behalf without ever letting me speak to Loyalty....is this the new way of Koodo?

    They got rid of calling, you have to schedule calls now which may mean you might not hear back for days, and then there is no more loyalty that you can speak to and haggle with.

    Yes, this is the new Telus (Koodo's owner). They don't haggle, they don't have a loyalty department... When I was leaving, the best the rep could offer me was my US long distance for $2.00 off.

    I left Telus the next day for Rogers.
