LG840G Google Maps

Hi, When I click on "Google Maps" on my LG840G Tracfone, It says "Untrusted Midlet". Can anyone tell me what this is please? Is this to be avoided? Thanks.

You have an unsigned version of Google Maps. All unsigned apps employ the phrase "Untrusted Midlet" when going online. Here is a link to where you can download a signed and modified version of Google Maps. It is modified to remove the virtual keypad(a good thing).

Can confirm the above... I'd been trying unsuccessfully to install Google Maps for weeks, I then followed these instructions and now I have Google maps on my LG840!!
