    Is number still active if I dont pay bill?

    Just wondering,

    As an example if my payment is due monday and I don't pay will I be able to pay a couple days after to resume service? Or if I am able to port out after not paying? Curious if this is possible for like a 14 or 30 day period.

    Or if I just paid and then ported out would it be possible to get refund?

    Your services are suspended on non payment. After 90 days in suspension you lose your number as well.

    On the 31 st day your number will be gone and account canceled.

    So i shouldn't have a problem porting within the 31 days?

    I'm on multi month, but that shouldn't make a differnce right?

    pretty sure you can only port if your account is in good standing
    Managed to get Mobilicity to act and improve on 4 items.

    cricketfan is right . i asked mobi few days ago. they said your account suspended for 90 days. within this time if you decide to go back by all mean you can.
    also it is better if you re=start on the same date of the coming month. ( ex. if you normally pay on 6th of feb. try to pay couple of days before the 6th of march)

    Cricketfan and you are wrong, I am telling you from Personal experience on the 31st Day of non payment your account is canceled (anyone calling your number after 31 days will get the recording 'your number is not in service') and your number is sent to the aging pool, However you can call within 90 Days to have your service re-activated on the same sim card along with the same number.
