So how is jelly bean 4.1? Any drawbacks?

I was not having any problems before the update. Everything seems fine after the update. I do want to look into KBMANS post regarding rooting and enabling Bluetooth tethering, again. I did not use it extensively, however It was nice when in the mountains to be able to tether with the tablet.
