    Lg lucid 05 communication error

    I'AM GETTING AN CONTACTS NOT BACKED UP ERROR MSG ON VERIZON BACKUP ASSISTANT.

    WHEN I PRESS THE OK TAB IT COMES UP WITH [05]Communication Error

    Can anyone tell what this is and how to fix it?

    Mine is backup asst plus whatever that means. I go into accounts and sync and select it. You might wish to clear cache.
