Latest PRL for Sprint Phones / Fix constant roaming problem Ver: 53078

Sorry about the delay. Here is the latest PRL

I got tired of the Roaming indicator with the latest PRL so I decided to do something about it and share it with the community.

This is a modded PRL to work with Sprint phones. If you do an OTA update for sprint phone the phone will say it's roaming when it's really not. This PRL fixes the problem.

THIS IS FOR SPRINT PHONES ONLY!

I will update the PRL file when there is a new PRL. If there a new PRL and I haven't got around to it please make a request.

Current Version: 53078

Tested and working Phones:
Sprint Galaxy Nexus
Samsung Nexus S 4G
LG Optimus S

I have galaxy s3 flashed to PP and every time I am charging it in my house (which has bad Verizon towers ), it will lose all signal until I take it out of the Charger... Only happens at my house where service is poor... Will this fix it u think ? Could u help me fix it plz

I sometimes get roaming here and there. It would show up and disappear. When the roaming doesn't go away, I restart the phone and it went away. Anyone having issues with roaming popping in and out?

I have a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 with 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

For the most part it works great, it just that the roaming occasional pops in and out.

first of all i'd like to thank pclover for his great job..... i have a htc evo 3d (sprint), and my girl has htc incredible 2 (verizon). we are both on verizon network, but we have a very bad bad bad signal at home. my phone showing either one bar or sometimes goes out of service all the time. my girl has one bar also but her phone never goes out of service... i tried every thing such as copy DMU key and change the ERI in my phone and i flashed more than 20 prl, no luck............ on the other hand i have a great signal for sprint at home. my question, is there any PRL i can use to roam on sprint network for my evo 3d and the htc incredible, and i will be able to use my Verizon service with 3g? even if they charge me for roaming thats ok, but i would like to flash the PRL without roaming sign (the annoying triangle) ....thanks guys and im sorry for my long story

Unfortunately, it doesn't work on my HTC One V. Previous 52896 worked well.

I used diff to check this 53078 mod with original PRL from OTA - they are exactly the same. Is it possible that OP accidentally uploaded the original one?

Tried on LG Marquee - this time it did work.

Sorry for the delay.

This PRL is modded from the original. It's possible Verizon only made a minor change but it requires a lot of effort to change it.

I wish there was a way to edit the ERI on the phones so this would not be a problem.

I did manage to edit the ERI.xml file but in the phone settings the phone still said it was roaming.
