I bought a free-phone bundle a couple of weeks ago, and the only code that worked was the 18OFF I think it was. Definitely not 20-25%.

Even then, the code was hit or miss for the free-phone bundles depending on TF's whim at that particular moment. It was a moving target. The same with the cashback situation.

So just keep trying the codes and see what happens.

I just did a few trial purchases.
The 25% comes ONLY off the phone`s price, for reconditioned, new discounted, and new un-discounted.
The code is rejected entirely if the phone is free.
There appears to be a maximum discount limit of $40.

Thank you The_Sweeper for posting the Black Friday deals. I wonder if the Straight Talk Samsung A10e can be activated on Tracfone VZW service. I don't care so much for rebranding and having potential unlocking ability as I care for the fact that this has an octa-core processor and Android Pie for $50. It's also a good size phone which is front pocketable. The phone size is around 2.7 inches x less than 6 inches, which is a rarity with many modern phones.

I ordered one of these. Has anyone ever tried to return a TracFone Bundle bought on eBay? Mine wouldn't activate. I gave up talking to the executive people in Miami. Two days later it activated and my minutes were transferred in. Even got the one year extension but not the min/text/data. Next day the one year was taken back. Finally got through to the Miami folks again after arguing with customer service. They all claim that I didn't buy a bundled phone and I paid $40 for just a phone. I say they are lying because I got the one year extension before someone took it back.

I do not remember anyone having to return an e-Bay purchase. This is going to be complicated, returning the phone with the airtime missing. They may claim you kept the airtime. Did you transfer in airtime and a phone number to activate it?

Yes I did. I had 8k+/9k+/8.55GB that finally made it to the new phone. The executive in Miami transferred it all to another line I had and terminated that number so I could return it. They gave me several different reference numbers when they were trying to activate it and for transferring those units.

Those reference numbers will save you some grief if Tracfone e-Bay questions the bundled airtime.
It may go smoothly for you. You will be the first to report your experience.

It might have something to do with harassing people with high balances. Everything is fine until the high balances are brought to TF's attention. The process choked on the 1500 addition. The new totals were just too much for the system. The 365 days was fine, but the whole thing had to be reversed.

I feel badly for anyone who has to go through a TF ordeal. Been there, done that.

They will also refuse to honor promo codes that are advertised on their website. It seems like the codes are discontinued without updating the website. I'm not surprised.

Just to follow up, I DID purchase 1 from each listing and was able to successfully check out. Hopefully nothing has changed and I will get a real refill card from each.

The package arrived yesterday. There was 1 outer plastic mailing envelope with 2 paper envelopes inside. Each paper envelope contained 1 scratch-off refill card and 1, 3-carrier SIM kit. I was able to add 1 refill card each to two different lines, and the allowances and service time was correctly/successfully added. And now I have 2 more TF SIM kits for my collection! It's awfully hard to beat 1200/1200/3GB/1Year for $39.99! If usage for these 2 lines continue to be consistent, they won't need anything more until July, 2021! Thank you, TF!

It looks to have a spectacular camera and has a large OLED screen (6") if that's your thing.
