Take everything reps including managers from stores say with a grain of salt. I'll be happy when it's turned on.

Coverage maps updated with the new Dove Creek site. No other changes I can see in Utah.

I lived out in Park City the whole month of February while doing a project for work. My StraightTalk/T-Mobile SIM had excellent service and data speeds within Park City and Salt Lake and quickly deteriorated outside of the big cities. No service in Moab, Utah.

Interesting, Moab from what I remember had great 3g coverage on the city.

In Park City they have done a good job in covering the general area. But in Moab, There is really good coverage I wonder why you didnt get anything. They have 3G down there that works very well.

I was just in Park City over the weekend. T-Mobile coverage is excellent, but parts of Deer Valley/Stein Eriksen area, while having excellent coverage, seemed to be EDGE only.

The city of Moab, on the other hand, should have great 3G.

I live in the St. George area. I recently went into the T-mobile store to look at the S4. I told the rep I wouldn't buy anything until service in the area was upgraded. He told me there would have been 4g service already however, while upgrading to 4g T-mobile decided to go with LTE. He said it'd be two months and it would go live. This was about June 1st. We will see what happens.. Not holding my breath though.

My friend connected to LTE this morning at the University of Utah in the LCB building! She has an HTC One on auto mode.

That's odd, I was looking at Sensorly last night and saw around 8th east and 3rd south one report. I thought it was just a ghost like some of the refarm data in Sandy.

Whoa, Sensorly also reports LTE along i15 in Draper!

LTE is definitely up at the U of U. I parked at Rice Eccles and my phone was on LTE, no need to toggle airplane moe or anything.

Can anyone get any cool information from the Field Test screen?

As I started walking east, LTE got weaker though, and as I got east of the Marriott Library I watched as my phone switched from LTE to HSPA+. I mapped two locations on Sensorly though!

This is great news! I was on campus Friday and was only on HSPA+ but I did see them working on towers up and down i15 a couple times in the past couple weeks

The LTE towers must be on the lists of neighboring towers because my HSPA re-connected to LTE when I got near Rice Eccles again.

I can also confirm that there's LTE on Foothill Dr. all the way south to I-215 (but there seems to be a small LTE hole around Wakara Way). I mapped some of it on Sensorly, I wonder when it will show on their site.

TMOnews also reported sightings from SLC, I wonder where they're at! I haven't been downtown today.

Well I feel bad for bumping this thread so much...but I went to dinner and I had LTE near SouthTowne Mall. My friend also confirmed that there is LTE near the Draper post office.

It seems that LTE in Salt Lake is widespread, too bad it hasn't hit eastern Sandy yet.

hopefully they won't pull a Verizon teaser and turn on do testing then back off.
