The stacks are a welcome feature. I am surprised that Bell allowed access to LTE.

While these new plans aren't inherently impressive, the variations could allow someone to save a lot of money, especially if their monthly usage varies a lot.

Telus, not Bell. AFAIK the prepaid side is still a Bell MVNO but the postpaid side is a Telus MVNO. My Mom just signed up with her unlocked BB Q10 on the postpaid $50 plan, no contract. I would have had her go with Koodo but she didn't ask me!
