    Need employee help with line transfer

    I purchased an unlimited data plan on eBay recently and I don't think the seller likes the price he got so he is trying to back out by saying that they are not allowing a transfer of billing responsibility...

    Can anyone help me set up a conf call with the correct dept?

    I really hate people that back out of an agreed upon sale

    Now he is saying that it is two lines, both with unlimited data, and he needs the other line to stay with him.

    Can they break up a family plan with 2 lines into 2 individual lines and not lose unlimited data?

    Each line has an individual contract which can stand alone. The FamilyTalk plans are just for discounts on billing. Except for Family Messaging, each line has its own features.

    A transfer of billing responsiblity can be completed regardless of contract or plan; however with the FamilyTalk it is cheaper to have 2 lines than one. e.g.

    60.00 Main line 700 minutes w/roll over
    30.00 unlimited texting w/ unlimited mobile to any mobile
    30.00 data unlimited for smartphone

    9.99 secondary line
    +data package (if smartphone)
    TOTAL=130.00 (1 smartphone 1 basic phone)

    If he transfer either line the charges would be defaulted to a primary e.g. that 9.99 line becomes a primary. probably why he doesn't want to do it. or simply likes unlimited but really AT&T offers plans with up to 50GB of data usage... that is more than a developer would use in a single month on Cable/DSL Internet usage let alone cellular.

    e.g. I download movies and stream HD Netflix from my xbox and ps3 at least 3 hours a day and do online gaming

    and average according to Comcast-Xfinity statements 23GB-26GB.
