Telus HTC One on Mobilicity

I know this has been answered thoroughly in the "will it work on Mobilicity" post, but I'm still not 100% on one point. Some phones have AWS Band 4 listed for LTE. Does this mean they will work on Mobilicity's HSDPA+ AWS network.

For example Telus' HTC One


"LTE: 700MHz (Band 17) / AWS (Band 4)
HSPA: 2100MHz (Band I) / 1900MHz (Band II) / 850MHz (Band V)
GSM: 850MHz / 900MHz / 1800MHz / 1900MHz"

Can anyone confirm/deny my suspicions that this phone will work on Wind/Mobilicity?
I currently have the Galaxy S2 Hercules (SGH-T989) on Mobilicity and am looking to upgrade.
