    September 5 - New rogers.com website

It's a bit simpler and prettier. I wonder if it actually works any better :P

Self serve functions have not changed at all. The interface and the usefulness sadly remain the same. Noticed that certain links are kind of broken, takes several refreshes to get them to load.

I know people already have plenty of reason to hate on Rogers but their website has always been astoundingly bad - slow, many links don't work, and it's down for "maintenance" virtually every night.

I fund it funny that an internet company doesn't know how to make a proper website.

Not working for me either. I just got a feeling with all the changes going on, they are probably still at the early stages and still working on it..........

I noticed it was extremely slow last night as well. When I logged into MyRogers it kept telling me my account was not registered when I was trying to confirm a plan change. When I went on Live Chat they told me it was Safari. I used Chrome and it seemed to load a little bit faster.

As far as changes, it looks like they added a header and footer to the old website and a sub menu to some pages. Nothing really significant, as the content is the same. It looks like it is currently under maintenance, with the same amateur graphic with the two stick figures. Go Rogers!

Does Rogers test changes before publishing?

Seems their changes always cause issues...
