    I am on a grandfathered simple choice family plan with 10gig data per line. They just gave me unlimited data per line about 6 months ago just for being a long time customer and without me asking. Never seen V or AT&T do that.

    Any material change that either removes something from your plan/features, increases the cost require user consent unless previously notified 30 days in advance.

    One rare exception is if you are using the device in an unapproved way. In that case no prior approval by the customer is required.
