You won't have any luck getting a new iPhone with your current plan, it doesn't reach their $60 base plan minimum (yeah I know it's more $60 in money total but they don't count addons towards that just Voice and Data).

I have about 8 months left on my contract, but my phone is paid off, and all my credits have expired, so I am considering changing contracts, or providers entirely. Currently, I have:
- 200min EPP plan $17.50
- LTE 6GB $30
- unlimited incoming $10
- iPhone value pack + voicemail $15.79
- 6pm early evening $7-$7 credit
My total bill is $87.19 all in ($75.82 before tax). Looking at it...
Looking at it and comparing to the QC plan ($70 for 6GB/canada wide/mini voicemail) ... I seem to be getting a better deal already since I have the iPhone value pack?... I'm trying to negotiate an iPhone 5S out of them.
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Here is what I managed to negotiate, since most credits have expired and my plan is too old to credit anything:
- $5 off 6GB
- $5 off the tablet that's hanging on this account
- $15 waived from the iPhone activation
- $30 off iPhone base price (!)
The credits are without a contract so I don't HAVE to get an iPhone. They also applied a $5 credit to a different line I have with Rogers to make up for the $15 of credits I lost when all of mine expired.
There's a $50 MIR going on now that I obviously get too, so my pre-tax cost is $200 for the 16GB.
Guess that seems okay then!
Keep trying and try calling closer to when the retentions dept closes. I found when I was the last caller, they were more willing to give you credits if it was available
